How long does it take for my website to be completed?
It takes seven (7) business days from the day you sign up for your custom website to be completed.

How does the creative process work?
Consult with our web experts to who will create your website to your own specifications and needs. Our web designers work closely with you to add your logos, images, text and any other materials to your site to create a truly unique website. Two Design layouts consisting of a homepage design and one internal page design will be presented to you. Once approved, the next step is development.

Does Online in a Week provide content for my website?
Online in a Week will provide you with stock photography from our vast image library. In case you do not have a logo, we will typeset your company name to match your website's look and feel. All other content including text and specific /images/graphics must be provided by the client in a digital format.

I do not have a credit card. Can I sign up for an account?
No, you must have a credit card account. At the moment, Online in a Week accepts only Visa and Mastercard.

I do not have the content ready for my site. Can it be added later?
The development of your website will be completed within 7 business days. Dummy copy will be used to mimic content and can be easily replaced later through your website editing tool.

How does re-designing my current website work?
Your current website will stay in place until we are ready to launch your new website. While being developed, your new website will reside in a "staging area" until is finished and approved to go live. If content is to remain the same, client is responsible for copying the content and providing us with the content in a digital format.

How do I transfer my existing domain to Online in a Week?
Access your account where you purchased your domain from and have it released/unlocked for transfer. The transaction will provide you with a confirmation number (unlock code). Once received, please contact us, sit back and relax. We will take care of everything else for you!

Which package is better for my business?
All of our packages are complete web solutions and can be customized to meet your own specific needs. If you need further professional assistance, please give us a call and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Can I add more pages and email accounts to my package?
Yes, absolutely. Whether it is just an extra email account or a completely new page, your package is fully customizable to suit your own specific needs.

Is my website going to rank in the Search Engines?
We take extra time to build your website the right way, using targeted local keywords, titles and metatags, so that your website listing will be more likely to appear at the top of the list when people search for your specialties in your area. Upon completion, we'll also submit your website to all major search engines for indexing.

Do you create sites for out of state clients?
Yes, actually all the website projects are handled via telephone and internet.
